can someone please remind me of the make of the poundage scales for measuring of leach tenstion.

Most people had the same ones at the Nationals

Most of the recent spring type (not digital) are Pesola. John Heyes was selling these in his previous life at Y&Y.

Ironically, I sold my set on the forum a couple of weeks back - not of much help to you now Jerry I know!
