Entries will be accepted either through the pre-registration system on the club Website (if available) www.burghfieldsailing.org or on arrival at the club up to 15 minutes before the start of the first race The entry fee will be as set out in the table below unless amended in the pre-registration procedure.
1 day Single handed £12.00, 2 day £15
1 day Double handed £18.00, 2 day £20
Third party insurance to the value of £2 million is required. The event will be governed by the rules as defined in the Racing Rules for sailing 2009-2012
All boats shall comply with class rules (except non-compliant sails may be used where they comply with all aspects of class rules except the manufacturer)
Rule 40 will be changed so that personal flotation devices will be worn at all times. The changes will appear in the sailing instructions. The sailing instructions may change other rules.
Advertising will be restricted to Category A Support boats may be permitted by prior arrangement.
